First Post

As usual, I begin a new blog by saying that "i will actually write for this one", when in reality I have said that for 5 other blogs that I never kept up to date. Anyways, I will try once again.

So, I dunno how long ago, Jason Chu, the COO of DigiPen came to my (shared) office and asked me to go talk to him in his office. Of course since I'm a nervous paranoid, I thought I was getting fired, and thought why would he do it early in the morning (and by early I mean like 11am, don't judge me). In there he told me that the Singapore campus needed help, and offered me a position. I agreed since it was an awesome opportunity. Then it started the hard task of getting ready.

It didn't really hit me that I was moving until Ray Yan called me to ask me information about my passport so that he could buy the plane tickets. Before that I had started packing and talked with Nicole Oh about my employment pass, but it wasn't real then, until I got the e-mail with my flight information.

I did get a chance to say goodbye to a lot of friends, but of course, not all. I had 2 goodbye dinners, goodbye cake, goodbye party, goodbye concert, and goodbye movie night (with very odd movies that I hope I don't get to watch again, well, I might watch the Room, cuz i cant believe how bad it is).

So, I got the airport 3 hours early, said goodbye to my family, and ate a burrito at qdoba cuz it took me like 20 minutes to go through security, and had to wait a long time to get on the plane.

Since I am already on Day 2 of my trip, I will stop this post, and start a new one about the plane flight, and then another one about Day 1.
